Terms & Conditions – MRP

These Terms & Conditions apply to the use of MRP’s coaching services, website, digital platform and communication channels.

By purchasing and using MRP’s services, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms & Conditions.


1. About MRP and the Service

MRP provides performance coaching and training guidance based on a structured system that considers training, load, recovery and individual context over time.

MRP provides coaching and guidance only.
The service does not constitute medical care, physiotherapy, diagnosis or treatment and does not replace healthcare services.

MRP is operated as a sole proprietorship (enskild firma) registered in Sweden.


2. Eligibility

To use MRP’s services, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old, or

  • Have written consent from a legal guardian.

The services are intended for personal use only and may not be shared, transferred or used by another individual.


3. Scope of Service

MRP provides:

  • Coaching and training guidance

  • Load management principles

  • Ongoing adjustments based on provided information and communication

MRP does not:

  • Provide emergency or acute support

  • Diagnose injuries or medical conditions

  • Replace medical or healthcare professionals

All guidance is provided as recommendations.
The client decides how and when advice is applied.


4. Client Responsibility & Health Declaration

By using MRP’s services, you confirm that:

  • You are medically fit to participate in physical training

  • You take responsibility for executing training safely

  • You stop training immediately if pain, injury or illness occurs

  • You seek medical care when appropriate

All training is performed at the client’s own responsibility.

MRP is not responsible for injuries or health issues resulting from:

  • Improper execution of exercises

  • Misinterpretation of instructions

  • Failure to respect pain, fatigue or medical advice

  • Factors outside MRP’s reasonable control

The client is responsible for providing accurate and complete information regarding health status, injuries and limitations.


5. No Guarantee of Results

Performance and health outcomes depend on multiple factors outside MRP’s control, including but not limited to:

  • Training consistency

  • Recovery

  • Lifestyle

  • External training and competition demands

MRP does not guarantee specific results or outcomes.


6. Payment & Subscription (Stripe)

MRP services are billed monthly in advance via Stripe.

  • Payment is charged automatically at the start of each billing period

  • Prices are presented before purchase

  • Prices are stated exclusive of VAT unless otherwise specified

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time before the next scheduled payment date.

If cancellation is completed before the next billing date:

  • No further charges will occur

  • Access remains active until the end of the current paid period

Payments already made are non-refundable.


7. Plan Updates & Delivery

Following successful monthly payment, your training system and plan will be reviewed and updated within 48 hours.

The frequency and depth of follow-up depend on the selected service level (Foundation, Progression or Managed).


8. Communication & Availability

Primary communication takes place through MRP’s designated digital platform or app.

MRP does not provide:

  • 24/7 availability

  • Emergency or urgent medical support

Response times may vary depending on workload and service level.


9. Risk Acknowledgement

You acknowledge that physical training involves inherent risks.

By using MRP’s services, you voluntarily accept these risks and understand that training always carries a risk of injury.


10. Right of Withdrawal (Consumer Information)

In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU and Swedish consumer law, a 14-day right of withdrawal normally applies to distance contracts.

However, by purchasing MRP’s services, you:

  • Explicitly consent to immediate delivery of a personalized digital service

  • Acknowledge that the service is tailored specifically to you

  • Understand that the right of withdrawal is waived once delivery of the service has begun

Delivery is considered to have begun when access to the digital platform, training system or personalized content is provided.


11. Intellectual Property

All material provided by MRP, including but not limited to:

  • Training systems

  • Programs

  • Instructions

  • Text, graphics and digital content

is the intellectual property of MRP.

The material may only be used for personal purposes and may not be copied, distributed, shared or sold without written permission.


12. Data Protection & Privacy (GDPR)

MRP processes personal data in accordance with GDPR.

This may include sensitive data such as:

  • Health-related information

  • Training history

  • Physical metrics

  • Lifestyle information

Data is processed solely for the purpose of delivering the coaching service.

You may request access, correction or deletion of your personal data, except where retention is required by law.


13. Limitation of Liability

MRP is liable for direct damages caused by negligence in accordance with mandatory Swedish consumer protection law.

MRP is not liable for:

  • Indirect losses

  • Loss of income or performance

  • Injuries resulting from how training is executed

  • Technical issues beyond reasonable control

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.


14. Changes to the Terms

MRP may update these Terms & Conditions to reflect:

  • Legal requirements

  • Service improvements

  • Operational changes

Material changes will be communicated in advance.
Changes will not materially affect services already paid for.

Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of updated terms.


15. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions are governed by Swedish law.

Any dispute shall be settled by a Swedish court of law.
You may also use the EU online dispute resolution platform.
